1. सेवा की शर्तों की स्वीकृति
Mere Samachar ("मेरे समाचार", "प्लेटफ़ॉर्म") की वेबसाइट, मोबाइल इंटरफेस या सेवाओं का उपयोग करके, आप इन सेवा शर्तों से कानूनी रूप से बाध्य होने की सहमति देते हैं। यदि आप इन शर्तों से असहमत हैं, तो कृपया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग न करें।
2. सेवा का स्वरूप एवं फेयर यूज़ (उचित उपयोग) अस्वीकरण
मेरे समाचार एक स्वचालित एआई समाचार खोज एवं एकत्रीकरण (News Aggregation & Indexing) प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है।
- सभी प्रदर्शित समाचार शीर्षक, संक्षिप्त स्निपेट्स और चित्र भारतीय कॉपीराइट अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 52 के अंतर्गत उचित उपयोग (Fair Use) एवं सूचनात्मक उद्देश्य से प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं।
- मूल समाचार रिपोर्ट और सामग्री का कॉपीराइट विशेष रूप से संबंधित प्रकाशकों एवं समाचार एजेंसियों के पास सुरक्षित है।
- उपयोगकर्ताओं को पूरी रिपोर्ट पढ़ने हेतु संबंधित प्रकाशक की वेबसाइट के सीधे लिंक उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं।
3. उपयोगकर्ता खाते एवं वीआईपी सदस्यता
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की कुछ विशिष्ट सुविधाएं (जैसे विज्ञापन-मुक्त अनुभव, Finch AI कंसीयर्ज, व्हाट्सएप मॉर्निंग बुलेटिन) वीआईपी सदस्यता के अधीन हो सकती हैं।
- सदस्यता शुल्क भारतीय रुपये (INR) में अधिकृत पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से लिया जाता है।
- आपकी सदस्यता एवं कोटा आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर से संबद्ध है तथा अहस्तांतरणीय है।
4. प्रतिबंधित आचरण एवं दुरुपयोग पर रोक
उपयोगकर्ता निम्नलिखित गतिविधियों में संलग्न न होने के लिए सहमत हैं:
- सुरक्षा बाधाओं, प्रमाणीकरण नियमों या एपीआई रेट सीमाओं को दरकिनार करने का प्रयास करना।
- बिना पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सामग्री को व्यावसायिक रूप से स्क्रैप या पुनर्विक्रय करना।
- एआई सहायक (Finch) या खोज बार का उपयोग गैर-कानूनी, अपमानजनक या भ्रामक उद्देश्यों के लिए करना।
5. क्षेत्राधिकार एवं लागू कानून
ये शर्तें भारत गणराज्य के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्यायित की जाएंगी। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से संबंधित किसी भी कानूनी विवाद का विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार भारत की सक्षम अदालतों के अधीन होगा।

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
Certain enhanced features (e.g. ad-free reading, advanced AI Finch concierge, WhatsApp morning digests) may require an active VIP subscription tier (e.g. Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
- Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized PCI-DSS payment gateways. Official GST Tax Invoices are issued upon payment completion.
- Access passes and quotas are tied to your registered mobile identity and non-transferable.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication barriers, or security mechanisms.
- Scrape, replicate, or resell the curated index or AI-synthesized digests without express licensing.
- Misuse AI assistant ("Finch") to generate unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.
